WWF India at COP29

Brief

The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) that works to protect the world's wildlife and environment. Intensive Communication Unit was tasked to create a film highlighting the rejuvenation of natural barriers for conserving the world’s biological diversity. This film was to be showcased at the event COP29 held in Baku in 2024.

Challenge

The challenge was to effectively convey the importance of protection of flora & fauna and coastline. This was done by giving the appropriate tools to humans to lead their livelihood in a sustainable manner without harming the ecology. The main challenge was to deliver this high quality film to convey the true essence of protecting the environment with a quick turnaround time of 2 days.

Results

The team successfully created an evocative film capturing the essence of ecological protection by sourcing the apt footage of flora & fauna and coastline with the stock images of animals and birds. Visually engaging sequences and enchanting musical score was carefully chosen to convey the sensitivity of the subject to blend with the need of overall environmental protection. This enchanting film was created within a span of 2 days.
